-Fight of The Year? Check

-Amazing breakthroughs performances? Check: Oliviera finally reaching his full potential, its really to see as someone who never gave up on it. Tony passing the torch & not getting too much brain damage. Hopefully his elbow is ok, & hopefully he picks his next fight wisely.

Holland not only survived on the ground he threatened & eventually put himself in a position to pull off the 2nd best KO of the year. I was wrong about him, hopefully he pulls & Oliviera and fulfills his potential.

-WMMA was really good? Check. I was very impressed with Dern. Both girls are top 10 imo. Dern coming back to win the was very impressive. She looked to be in incredible shape too in her post fight interview. She has great potential training with Parillo.

-KOs from Gane & Cub looked great & Fiziev.

-Memorable comeback? Check. Nice heart & determination by Hooper, but should take another 6-8 months to get better, but he bought himself a longer leash avoiding a 1-2 start.

-Tucker vs Billy-Q could have won FOTN on a bad card.

Saem, guys will rant you bc of ur WMMA comment, but I agree with it, it was a fun fight, this card was actually as great as I expected it to be.

Regardless, the phrase is "he pulls an.." not "he pulls and"

I think this may have been the strongest card from top to bottom with regards to entertainment value, storyline, and high level championship and contender fights this year.

Hooper is definitely the outlier with regards to skill level relative to the rest of the card but man, pulling that heel hook after the beating he was taking was a good stamp for his toughness and fight IQ. Don't think he should fight for UFC again til he rounds out his striking or at least his wrestling though, not good for his brain.
