Such a tough call. Tony is Tony but Charles has been looking like a beast lately.

I wanna see Tony bounce back but I also wanna see Charles rise to the occasion.

Convince me who wins.

I'm rooting for Tony, but I think he's far more likely to be reckless and Olivera catches him in a sub.

tony unconscious leaving in a stretcher,See you tomorrow night.
Will you wake up from your dreams in time to discuss what actually happened in the Tony/Do Bronx fight?

If so, let me know what you think of Tony's D'arce fight ending technique on Charles.

There is a Bloody Elbow podcast that break down the fights every week. By Conor Ruebusch and Zane Simon. This week I agree Tony will likely win.

Oliviera is at his peak right now, I can see him getting the edge in grappling and subbing Tony.
Then I can also see Oliviera choking in a pool of his own blood while Tony keeps coming with unothodox punches, kicks and elbow strikes while doing weird dance moves in between.

I'm hoping Charles can do it. Even if he don't though it should be a damn good fight.

Kinda sucks that one of these guys gets derailed tomorrow. Both are exciting to watch.

I think Tony's time is up...he hasnt had an impressive win in years, is 36 years old, and took a brain changing beating in his last fight. Im hoping he still has the ability to compete at the highest level, but I dont believe so. Ill be happy to be wrong though.
Hmm, before his loss he had 3 finishes in a row. How is that not impressive?

I specifically said he hasn't had an impressive win in years. A finish over a 2019 version of Cerrone, and a 2018 version of Pettis isn't impressive to me.

Charles folds under pressure and Tony brings pressure. I’m pretty confident that Tony will wear Charles down by simply not backing down and not going down after hard strikes.

I still want Charles to win. I’m a fan of his. But I don’t see this going well for him. I hope I’m wrong and he’s really improved though.

It was definitely impressive, but he gets in wars. He takes punishment to give punishment.

This fight is hard to pick. I will be hoping for Tony but I will avoid betting on this one. You can make a good case for either fighter IMO. This is good matchmaking by UFC.

They were both at the time reasonably ranked fighters in the division. That said neither of them are who Tony should have been fighting, sadly he couldn't get the title shot for whatever reasons.
