Who do you think Chandler is going to end up fighting?

I was thinking Diego Ferreira would be a good one. Helps elevate Diego a bit too as his ascension seems to have been fairly quiet.

I don't think they want to make that fight. Why put your #1 LW in a fight with a guy from Bellator? What if the guy from Bellator wins? What does that say about the other Bellator fighters who beat Chandler?

He'll be given a ranked fight (if he doesn't get popped by USADA), but probably not that high unless he's a short-notice replacement. I'd say a #5 - #10 fighter

RDA sounds right but i would like Ferreira to humble this guy. But knowing Dana they will probably match him up with Cowboy or Pettis if hes still on the roster.

I’m not sure Dana really cares about that considering he’s a UFC guy now. Other top free agents like Askren and Marlon got highly ranked guys and they gave Justin a headliner in his debut. Plus they must be paying him well enough for him to leave Bellator so they might as well get their money’s worth.

The only realistic options now are:
Gaethje
Hooker
RDA

Fighters ranked lower are not realistic after all the hype he's got now and being the reserve fighter for the title fight.

If they want a freak matchup (unlikely):

Man, I was super excited when Chandler was picked up, but after the veiled hints and theories, my interest is being replaced by annoyance. Guy is gonna be way past his prime by the time he ever fights, take one loss and get cut by the UFC for being too expensive.
