Man, it seems Tony parted ways with his whole coaching team, not a good sign imo, that means he is blaming them for his loss and not hi inability to adapt to Justin's counter strikes.
Tony would definitely take their ACLs and spinal columns into deep waters.I really want to see Tony coach a season of TUF. How many of his team would make it thru the season uninjured?
Eddie is only his grappling coach, not a striking specialist at all. In fact given Gaethje’s inexperience on the ground he should have had a grappling focused game plan for that fightHis corner was useless in the Gaethje fight.

I like Eddie Bravo and he's an innovator and guru with BJJ, but he's the guy who use to train BJJ for a fight, not the guy you have in the corner during it.

Eddie spoke about this on Rogan's podcast. He was never meant to be the main corner man but the others had run out of ideas so they threw him in there in the last round break. He wasn't prepared for that role. His corner was useless in the Gaethje fight.

His coaches tell him every fight to move his head, keep his hands up, don't throw empty kicks etc. The sand stuff is a level changing feint that he has used in plenty of fights. His corner was useless in the Gaethje fight.
