Wrong. Holm is the 2nd most successful WMMA fighter that transfered from kickboxing.

Shields isn't taking the James Toney approach of going from boxing to MMA, she's training with two of the absolute best fighters (Jones and Holms) she possibly could.

If she's also train with Valentina, I'd say she'd be on the road to being even more successful in WMMA than she has been in boxing... and with a gold metal, 10-0 undefeated streak, and a few belts that is bold prediction.
