Am I the only one not impressed at all by Jamahal Hill?

Great win for him but its beyond me how anyone could have championship hopes for him.

He looks sloppy and over extends and lunges forward so blatantly that he's bound to get caught by the division's elite.

Are you with me?

He's growing, getting better. He's not championship material yet, but the dude just TKO'd OSP.

Respect.

This was only his 9th pro fight. He isn't exactly a finished project yet. He just beat the #15 guy. It's not like anyone is clamoring for an immediate title shot.

He's got good and fast hands from what I've seen so he's got talent and potential, but it's still early for the man, give him time before you judge him so harshly. OSP is an awkward fighter, and is often very difficult to look good against but he finished him in 2 rounds with impressive volume and good hands.

Nope, I'm not with you on this one bro, I was thoroughly impressed!

Dude was incredibly calm and composed, had super effective and rangy southpaw boxing (bit like Nate Diaz), and looked pretty darn strong seeing how he handled OSP in the clinch.

The only slight concern was his tendency to not check leg kicks. However this is easily remedied with a good coach, so no dude, I couldn't disagree more with you. Dude has serious potential at LHW, especially since it is not a super stacked division either.

FYI OSP has been known to lose to anyone that pressures him unless they get caught by his check hook or somehow end up von flue choked.

He's kinda like the Woodley of LHW in the sense that his output is awful, he gets backed up too often and he fights with zero urgency.

I'm sorry y'all.I'm not impressed. He looks like an amateur.

it's not like there's tons of potential at lhw. Anyone that finishes a known guy is gonna get hyped. Makes sense.

He's 9-0, 2-0-1 in the UFC. He is fairly young at 29. Give him a minute or two. Can't really tell if he can be UFC champ this soon in their UFC career.

Good win, lets see how he does with better competition.

9 fights and just finished a ranked fighter

Khazmat hasn't fought a ranked fighter and gets more hype ?

He passed the OSP test convincingly, and it's difficult to look good doing that. I think he'll be top 15 at least for a while.

Exactly. Beating OSP isn't easy and he made it look easy. He did all he could and more. He was relaxed but I think that was because he was so in control.

I think beating OSP is impressive but I also think OSP could have won this fight but he screwed up by switching into orthodox stance. OSP's southpaw stance was giving Hill a lot of problems
