There might be something to that.
I remmember him looking frustrated against melendez for some reason. Like somethign didn't go according to gamplan.
And that's a fight he wont, didn't have too much trouble too.

Problem with Pettis is his uneven performances.
I believe it's a mental thing. I don't think he's being trained like every fight is a title fight anymore.
Not saying its easy. Of course not, its hard. But at this point he's just trying to win fights but not doing too much to make a difference.
So he's going to get run over by any more hungry dude.

It's frustrating being a Pettis fan. In my book he's as good as Wonderboy on a good night.

a confident Pettis is a problem for anyone @155, as several other posters have said the fit @170 isn’t a good one... the top 10 is so damn grappler heavy that Anthony gets smothered before he can even get started.
