Michael Buffer: Obviously the one true GOAT. The voice known the world over.
Jimmy Lennon Jr: To me he is also the GOAT. He might not be as well known, but fuck he is GOOD. Def he and Michael are better than anyone else on the list.
Bruce Buffer: He doesnt have the same voice that his brother has,but he makes up for it with his passion and energy. He doesnt try to do what Michael does,he's got a whole different thing goin on,with the jumps and the fist bumps to the fighters. If you were sleeping,Bruce gonna wake that ass up. He's 63 yrs old now,so not sure how much longer he will do it. UFC will never cut him though. He'd have to make his decision to retire.
Joe A Martinez: Terrific. Clearly the guy who will take Buffer's job when Buffer leaves. Awesome voice.
Kei Grant: He was the guy who mostly did the Main event fights in PRIDEFC,although PRIDEFC usually had one or two different guys doing it throughout the night,Kei would come in and do the biggest fights. Sometimes though he wasnt around,he didnt do every single one. He did a hell of a job though, and the other announcers had their own style that made em stick out. You had your straight ahead announcer, and this other dude who would just scream the names out like he was Lenne Hardt. It sounded like he was announcing an execution.
Michael C Williams: He did the two Affliction ppvs, and pops up here and there. I didnt really like him that much. Not terrible, but not great either.
Lenne Hardt: Not really a ring announcer in the same way these other guys are. She would not be seen, just heard, when the fighters in PRIDEFC were on the way to the ring. Then when they got there, theyd be announced again by the "proper" ring announcer. It was a strange thing to do that i guess is uniquely Japanese. You heard this also happen in K-1 although that lady wasnt as good or as eccentric as Lenne was. I wonder who had the idea first?
Ok thats enough outta me,what about the rest of you lot?
