Press conference happen and my God it was a good one. You got Ferguson who came with gloves and a baseball. Looked like he was ready to assissinate someone. Khabib with his trash talking and broken english.

Reporter asks Ferguson- Why do you have a baseball?
Ferguson- in case he runs. <45>

-Hey sunglasses! In a street fight i would kill you, what are you talking about!?!?

Its insane that UFC main channel had 2,7 million views , while UFC Russia had 5.7 millions views on the press conference.This press conference had everything.

That fight really felt liked it could be one if the biggest fights in UFC history. 12 win streak vs 12 winstreak. I was so hyped after the press conference. If Ferguson wins over Charles maybe Khabib fights Ferguson. Ferguson is still a big name. When the UFC confirms that Khabib have vacated the titel i will stop believing, untill then everything is possible.

The Khabib/Ferguson presser was somewhat funny, but the McGregor pressers for UFC 194 and 205 were most entertaining for me. It was the McGregor show. He took on just about the whole roster which was funny as fuck at the time.

It was a very good press conf, but their telephone conference on the MMA hour where Tony was jogging during the discussion was the best MMA Hour interview of all time.

I believe this was when Khabib coined the nickname “El Knockdown”. Khabib is a criminally underrated trash talker, imo.
