1. When someone uses the phrase, "let's be real", 95% of the time they are about to say something that isn't real, like here, where the reality TS poses is a hypothetical.
2. There's no doubt that Ngannou is a formidable fighter. I don't think anyone would be surprised if he were to beat Stipe or become champ. That said, unless Francis has greatly improved his grappling, then Stipe has a clear route to victory using a game plan similar to their first meeting.
