There no WWs or MWs in that list, but a bunch of FWs, 2 LWs, and Wmma.

Its pretty insane that Costa is the biggest MW ever, and the biggest weight cutter ever, yet he's leading the UFC in strikes per minute.

Same as Burgos for that matter, he is a huge FW and is top three in strikes per minute

biggest weight cutter will always be Rumble
 
The more I think about it. Honestly its pretty insane that Paulo has the kind output he has. Hes a huge guy and still manages to outwork smaller guys who carry less mass and usually the lighter division fighters have better cardio too.

It fits his hard working ethos. For Chael to praise his work ethic that is saying alot about him. Hes not the only one several people that have trained all say he is one of the hardest workers there is. Supposedly they have turn off the lights at the gym to make him go home.

Paulo Costa really is a special talent thats been working hard for years. He is going to surprise some people tomorrow.

No matter how hard he works in the gym, he doesn’t have a 5 round bout under his belt. If Izzy withstands the first 2.5 rounds, Costa is in trouble in rounds 3, 4 and 5. Reyes had this issue with Jones.

Which is why he'll lose to israel...hes gunna tire himself out chasing and throwing at israel trying to pressure like normal and hes gunna get stopped in round 3 or 4 or 5 depends when the tank collapses...if he was fighting israel when his tank gave out in the 3rd instead of romero...you better believe israel tko or kos him...

I actually think he'll grapple this fight ...he knows he cant catch israel..but well see..

Bingo...and izzy is that guy when your tired he will finish you..any hint of weakness he'll be on you

Just look at round 5 vs Gastelum he went for it till the last second
 
The issue is, those FWs and LWs can keep that pace for 3+ rounds. Costa can't. What's he going to do if he can't finish the fight quickly? If Adesanya stays away for 2 rounds and just picks his shots and moves, Costa gets tired and Izzy pours it on after the 3rd

The last round with Kelvin was nuts. Furthermore, Izzy is a lot stronger than we think he is. As big as Costa looks, Izzy’s calves are twice the size of Costa’s.
 
9 out of 10 times the more technical striker beats the athletic, unpredictable/unorthodox guy who wins by going forward and trying to outland or KO his opponent. Assuming both guys are in their primes and have good chins, of course. Anderson Silva vs. Hendo was a good example from the past.
 
People say he has bad cardio but it really isn’t the case. He just goes balls to the walls lol.
Costa for sure can go 5 rounds if he works at a slower, more measured pace.
