Joe is so mythologized online. His "fighting" experience is some TMA shit in his late teens and then getting tuned up in kickboxing so badly that he got some CTE and ran away while he still could.
Nothing wrong with that at all, and the guy has some good kicking technique, but he generally moves slow as shit and doesn't have much of a gas tank. His body also looks fucking weird because of all the weird shit he's put into it. He's been roiding for like 30 years and who knows how long he's been on HGH.
He's definitely in better shape than most guys in their 50s, but that's not saying much. For someone who dedicates as much time/attention to health and fitness as Joe does, he's really not that fit.
