I would say over Max is the best. Dude's footwork is higher level pro boxer tier and he throws a crazy variation of combos. I like Kattar's alot too. I'm sure im forgetting some guys but these are the fighters that come to mind off the top of my head.

Gastelum imo. Just because Till neutralized his boxing doesn't mean he doesn't have some of the best hands/head movement in all of mma at the moment.

Stipe has very good fundamentals. Doesn't throw very long combos or has complex footwork. Got that 45-degree angle rule down to a tee son!
