Joe is the man. He helped my Dad appreciate MMA, when Joe was on Season 5 of TUF.

After Joe's destruction of Brian Geraghty in the quarters (including a moment where Joe missed an elbow to the head, and pounded the canvas loud n hard), my Dad turned to me, saying, "THAT is how you fight, son. Not like these other guys on the show."

He thought MMA was Toughman, redux. After that, he watched fights with me, instead of grumbling in the background lol
