We've only begun to phase into the era where kids grew up watching MMA and have been basically training their whole lives to destroy the old guard. It's fun to watch

Israel is not any more evolved than Jones though in reality. Hes a specialist. Very good striker as opposed to Jon who is great everywhere. I do agree jon will lose sooner or later but the reality is that there are no up and comers or challengers at lhw who are more evolved or overall skilled than jones. Hes a one of a kind freak of nature. When he does lose it will likely be because be has missed a step ( which I believe he is already starting to do) there would be no shame in it if he has peaked and is on the slow decline. Dudes been on top for years. Most fighters his age range are only just realising their potential ( such as Israel)

Israel could beat Jon. It's a very real possibility but there will be no champ on top for as long, for a very long time.
