Prime Fedor beats all HWs except..

Except for Brawk, Cain and Ngannou, he could always lose to one of them. Not saying he would definitely lose, but he could lose to those 3 guys:

• Lesnar's size is 8 times that of Fedor, coupled with good chin and great wrestling, he could pin Fedor down for 3 rounds and pound him out.
• Ngannou has no wrestling, but the first minute of the fight he presents enormous danger to anybody. Fedor get hits a lot. You cannot get hit by Ford Escort.
• Cain was a cardio machine, he could tire Fedor out and win a decision.

Of course Fedor could take Lesnar's head of clean, but to do that he would have to punch him 3-5 times clean to the head, to turn Brawk into disco break dance star. Fedor cannot outwrestle Brawk, cannot submit him, Brawk will muscle his way out of most submission attempts cause he is probably 3 times stronger.
Fedor has to survive the first 2 minutes with Ngannou and take him down, if he can do that, he is victorious, Ngassou is one trick ponny.
Fedor can KO Cain effortlessly, Cain is very susceptible to knock outs. Post usada Cain gasses hard too, so Fedor might win this fight in the championship rounds too.

I would still not pick Werdum, Bigfoot and Henderson to beat him, maybe 1 out of 10 times.
Stipe is very good, but CC was much better striker.
DC is lite version of Cain.

The HW division has never evolved into anything, Actually it was the best in 2005 with Fedor, CC, Nog, Arlovski, Tim, Barnet.

Past his prime, bad gameplan and bad luck = 3 losses.
Werdum was 99% winnable fight, just had to keep the fight standing and knock werdum down all night long. Fedor' EGO that night was bigger than DC's at 241. Fedor wanted to prove a point, he wanted to beat Werdum at his own game, like he beat all other fighters.
Henderson won the lottery. Nothing more to say.
For Bigfoot, Fedor fought terribly. That version of Fedor was not recognizable. He'd close his eye and swing and pray he connects.

Ngannou has been koing people as if they were made of sugar. There was never more terrifying knock out artist in the ufc than the predator. 1st minute Ngannou is your worst nightmare.

This ruined your thread completely. Fedor in his prime was probably the least hit HW in MMA history. He very rarely got hit clean on the feet compared to other HWs.

None were flukes...except maybe the hendo fight...but, none were fought at fedor's prime...not one...if fedor had fought any of those guys, while in pride and at his best, he would have won.
