I did it purely for 'research' purposes, I needed to know the effects on male 'motivational training' that femme-fatal KB training can have on the male body. My 'scientific' research indicates a result of max shredded physique and ultimate forearm strength, and maybe some lower back issues if not using proper form and reaching 'exhaustion' while still under load, load must be expelled at the right time, I am talking about KB load of course.
