As a proud Irishman I just want to say that whatever Conor did that was distasteful, he's still a legend, he's exciting as f uck, the confidence is real and I am proud to have followed his career from Cage Warriors onwards. Following MMA from the Chuck/Tito days and then to have someone from my shores that talk's shit and brings it...well, I thoroughly enjoyed it. If it end's today - we had a good run, a run that was more exciting than all my favourite fighters combined, both in Boxing and MMA.

James Gallagher, while he may be a nice kid underneath it all, he's still an absolute embarrassment the way he carries himself.

Your's truly
Genuine Irish fight fan

'if it ends today'? what are you talking about lol?

Born and raised in us? Never stepped foot in Ireland ?

I'm a proud American and I think he's an embarassment

He scored a good 1st round W again via RNC. He’s got a lot of potential. It’s just too bad he can’t find his own persona.

Don't see this potential at all. His striking is mediocre and his wrestling isn't great either.

Name me the last European bjj specialist who turned I to an elite fighter.

Looks like Conor Jr wannabe.

Gunnar Nelson? Whether he's elite or not Is in question but he is a good fighter.
Gunni got some striking though and yes
Iceland is in Europe

Looked good, but now Coker knows to put him against undersized ( at 135, Ha ) What-a-Burger janitor level guys...

His grappling is nothing special. They just keep feeding him straight bums. I'd be itching to fight him if I were in the top 20
