Honestly, the referee saved him a few brain cells.

TJ wasnt coming back from that one.
 
The only reason he got a half grab of the leg is because the ref pushes Cejudo.
But seriously TS graphics are better than ESPNs
 
The ref saved tj from more damage. That is what hes supposed to do. I didnt know i want cejudo to win so bad until he did and i yelled yes!!

You can clearly see TJs lips say "I'm okay I'm in on a single" to the ref.


Just joking, he said nothing of the fucking sort.

I think it was an early stoppage just for the reason I wanted to see TJ separated from his conciousness and seriously hurt.
Dude acted like a douchebag all the way.

One thing you never voluntarily concede is a speed advantage. Dropping classes in your 30s is a fools errand at the lighter weights

I thought so at first. Then I thought about it and just because you have an ability to stay conscious while getting thrashed dont make your chances better at coming back. Refs decision was let him take more damage? Or can he survive in and out of consciousness for another 4 + minutes .

Would I have liked it to go on longer? Yes

Was it in TJ's best interest to be done then? Yes, TJ wasnt going to "single leg" a gold medalist while seeing stars.

Nah especially when Cejudo threw a head kick TJ half blocked then Cejudo takes one hand and pushes him to the ground, I said yeah, thats bad.
 
Borderline early at best. TJ didn't get robbed, he got whupped.
