Not much new here.

I like Askren from the standpoint that he gets it.

But at the same time if your taking those kinds of stances and truly believe in it then just stop with all the call outs of UFC fighters. Because your creating an atmosphere that the UFC is going to black ball you and you'll never ever get a chance to fight the best. In todays MMA landscape you'll never be considered the best without fighting in the UFC and fans(majority) aren't going to buy into you without fighting in the UFC.



P.S.: People always want a guy like GSP to take a massive stance for fighter rights but the truth is he doesn't have that personality to carry that burden. But Askren on the other hand is the perfect man for the job. I hope he gets to the UFC and after he retires he can be on his soapbox for the better treatment of fighters.
