I remember enjoying Super Android 13 too. It's been forever since I've seen most of these.

Tree of Might was not bad. I like the Saiyajin/Freeza armor.

SH Figuarts recently made a Raddits, so they could easily do head swap to make Taurus.

I liked how in the first Cooler movie, Piccolo was badass in almost singlehandedly wiping out the elite henchmen and doing long range makankosappo for the kill. Not sure if I got that right, but the cork screw energy blast.

Fusion reborn tops my list for pure nostalgia purposes. I was given a bootleg vhs of it back before they finished localizing DBZ in the US, so all the transformations/fusion stuff blew my mind. That and it has the best ending theme of any of the movies, hands down.

i believe wrath of the dragon is DBZ lore. goku only goes up to SSJ3 and trunks is still a little boy. its where he gets his sword from.
