I am 14 years old, and a little skinny. My hands aren't that big either. Which one should I use?

use the 180 inch hand wraps and make sure you know how to wrap your hands correctly. the more wrap the better because it'll make sure you dont injure yourself while hitting the heavy bag, etc.

I have small hands and wrists and prefer 180s. They help fill out my gloves a bit more and I like that I can add extra bulk to the knuckles or wrists accordingly without compromising the other. I've just found out about 180 everlast wraps which are a nice option that won't break the bank. Would recommend.

180 inches for sure. Whether you have weaker wrists or weaker knuckles will determine how you wrap.

Always 180 inch. Good question tho because when I first started I bought the 120 inch because I didn't ask

Had handsurgery 2 weeks ago as I had a football fuck up my hand a bit this summer... No problem until I got hit right on my hand by some guy from Vos gym in Holland... Wrap your hands kids

I broke my wrist hitting the pads many years ago. I needed a bone graft and months in plaster.

A firmly wrapped wrist would have prevented that.

Definitely go for the longer wraps.

Who makes 210 wraps as of today?? All I saw was an old link when googled...besides somchai.....I'm in usa

i think 120 inch made for mma gloves ...
for boxing or any other MA take 180 inch +

holy shit, was your wrist limp while punching the pads?

the first time i ever bought wraps i bought ones that were 108. almost completely useless

Anything less than 180 you risk seriously fucking hurting your hand/knuckles/wrists. 210 doesn't sound bad. Nice transferrence/protection for the knuckle region. 180 if you are a beginner, will teach you how to be smart with the amount of wrapping you have. And you will learn quickly to not compromise on safety and wrapping.
