I think I made this thread 15 or so years ago, I have simpler tastes now haha. Thanksgiving meal a few years ago, I did prime rib with a Jerusalem artichoke puree, roasties, sprouts, roasted honey carrots and a Madeira gravy.

I've had a few amazing tasting menus I could substitute but I doubt that counts.
