He hasnt used leg kicks to any extensive degree since the first Edgar fight. And Conor would be the kind of opponent that would work best on. Current day Aldo might throw three leg kicks at most in a fight then give up on it

The leg kicks made Edgar hesitant to move laterally making him an easier target for the jab and to provoke him to engage on a straight line so Aldo can check hook and pivot off. That was his game plan for 10 rounds.

With Faber he was just trying to take his leg off and end it via leg kicks.

Lamas' movement was very much limited because of the leg kicks and got Lamas to be hesitant throwing bevause Aldo's catch and pitch counters that almost always ended with leg kicks in that fight.

Can't remember the Florian or Hominick fights.

Wrong, they're all great at leg kicks. Including Aldo, and he is probably the best with how many fights he won by mainly using leg kicks. cerrone vs alvarez and barboza pettis come to mind. gaetgje might be better than aldo though. im a much bigger fan than you.
