With his slick lawyer team, I'm guessing he'll get the 13 month to 3 year area. They will find some way to lie their way out of him getting the maximum punishment.

The arrest thing, I'd say within a year.

CSAC. interesting.

i'm much more fascinated by the USADA decision.

not to be insulting or aything, but the AC committee members are political appointed non professionals. what they do may not necessarily be rational, by most standards. i'm not saying they're bribed; i'm saying they're incompetent, and susceptible to ego stroking and hoodwinkery (my new word).

i too would bet 13-36 months, if i had to choose one.

13-36 is the correct bet for CSAC based on prior suspensions. They haven't given just one year in the initial hearing in 3 years.

if he is given 36 months or whatever .. will he get any "time severed" counted towards the punishment ?

There's more of a chance of one of you losers being arrested for pedophilia than Jon Jones getting arrested again.

Csac no clue. Usada from my understanding has to give him at least twice his last punishment (so 2 years minimum) with the recommended sentence being 4 years

yes.

but he also has a USADA decision coming. if it's 4 years and CSAC is 2, he doesn't fight for 4 years.

but the USADA suspension will also include 'time served'. so he's got that going for him.

ok .. say USADA gives 2 and CSAC gives 4 .. he'll do 2 and can fight in Nevada ? or will other commissions block him cause of CSAC?

no. all state ACs respect other state AC suspensions.

so Jones' goal seems to be get the state AC suspension first, try to get it lower than 4 years, and then use that to negotiate USADA down. ironically most fighters prefer to do it in the opposite order, because state AC's generally go with whatever USADA says.

just one more reason to believe that Jones and his team of lawyers are doing everything they can to pull a fast one. which is, of course, what their job is.

Well, Sherdog is crawling with pedos. Lot of evil motherfuckers in that pedo thread a week or two ago.

How can you bet on if he will ever fight in a UFC event again?

Do I have to wait till he passes away at 80 years old or if the UFC shuts down 30 years from now?

+3500, damn... that's tempting

Sorry to beat a dead horse .. but I assume Australia wouldn't let him on a card either ?

Can you appeal athletic commission results ? what about USADA's ?
