Yoel Romero Is Overated

Everytime there's a talk about MW monsters, Yoel Romero comes up first.

Great fighter but extremely overated.

Gases out quickly. Does all sorts of cheats like covering himself in water to gain some time, vaseline, fence grabs. Let's not forget his "tainted" supplements.

Can't deny that Yoel has an amazing shape and great moves especially for a 40 year old, but dude is a cheat.

He has a lot of explosive third round finishes for a guy who gasses quickly. Easily the most dangerous 3rd round fighter in the UFC. You can't simply weather the storm in the first round with Yoel and then assume you're safe.

He does seem to employ dodgy tactics at times. But saying he is a cheat and saying he is overrated are two different things.
