So I've been injured for a while and now I'm healthy again. So there's not a proper mma gym in my town so I do BJJ and Muay Thai seperately.
Since I'm trying to get back into it I was thinking I'd put the strength and conditioning on hold for a while, same with striking sparring.
What I was thinking was going to BJJ and wrestling classes in the evning and at home I'd do technical bag work on various bags, heavy, speed, double end, and some shadowboxing in front of a mirror. Would this be a good idea for a workout plan to follow, since I don't feel like I get too much from my striking gym. Any advice on possibly doing striking training at home and opinions on this idea?
Thank you in advance
