Why would anyone go to Holand for grappling anyway? Not the first Fedor does that either.

The better question is if Fedor will be able to get Meathead to the ground or somehow lock onto a limb in a transition to be able to use his grappling or submissions without being knocked out first, both of which I find unlikely.
