Nick vs Spider was already considered a freakshow fight beforehand. Also Condit usually is aggressive and Anderson has had a few fights like that where he just waits and does nothing while looking to counter like the Maia, Cote fights

The crazy thing is, it shows how nobody wants to stand with Nick for long. Carlos was in wars before that, and he's been in wars after. Nick is just that dangerous to get into a stand-up fight with.
