why aren't there any African American serial killers

There are lots but its less then white for sure.

According to a 1 minute google search there are 3 whites for each 1 black person. So there should be 3:1 serial killers by race.

In my own opinion there are more black murderers (gang, roberry, etc) then whites. But those are for turf or financial gain.

It may just be an illusion but it does appear that there are plenty more insane white murderers then black.
