Who would Anderson have fought next?

Nope, Sonnen always uses the double leg. Both Silva-Sonnen fights they barely clinched because majority of the time Sonnen took Silva down

Hmmm it's been a while since I've seen both fights so you might be right. I'll have to go back take another look at the tape lol

Bisping, Cung Lee or something like that. Run the opposite way of Jacaré, Rockhold, and would have said Romero is his blood brother from Anderson's cuban roots.

Crazy. Anderson would have been a two division champ easily on the pre Jon Jones era. the GOAT conversation would be over by now if he had a little bit more BJ/Conor mentality.

Can you imagine the Super Legend that Anderson Silva would have been if he had retired instead of fighting Weidman (before the first fight)?

No embarrassing taunting loss to Weidman

No broken leg freaky repeat loss to Weidman

No PED bust for Diaz fight

No silly loss to Bisping.

THEN, after four years in the wilderness, he agrees to the Cormier fight on 2 days notice. Can you imagine how epic that would have been? It was still kind of epic that he jumped in, but with the circumstances above it would have topped just about everything, regardless of the boring fight that ensued.

Instead, shit happened, and legacies were tarnished. Oh well !

No, it's great.

We caught the cheater and exposed him for the fraud he really is.
