Who has better takedowns: Khabib or DC?

Khabib doesn't ever let people up. I never said he was bad at it, it's just that we're discussing him against the best guy in the history of the sport at controlling people on the ground.

Not true, RDA got up a lot, as did Healy and Trujillo.
I'd say their level of control is quite similar, difference being when people get up from DC he usually strikes with them a little bit more and Khabib goes straight to attemp another takedown.

Yeah, but Jones is arguably the best fighter ever according to a lot of people. Gus did surprise me though.
