You can get a tennis ball with elastic band attached to it for like, $3 off ebay. Then you must find somewhere to purchase a baseball cap that adequately fits your head. Carefully fix the two together, and soon you will have your desired toy in all its wondrous glory.
That shit is really hard too at first and expect to look and feel like a dickhead for awhile when you first have a go at it. Team Canelo probably didn't think it wise to upload all the initial times where the ball smacked him in the face or he limply couldn't get it up with a rhythm going before he got good at it.
