Hammer curls dont count for a pulling movement. Trade rhem out for bb rows.
No deadlifts = u r gay

Is there a reason in particular you want a push/pull/legs routine?
The best way to see routines is in the Training Logs subforum, where you'll see people who are actively taking the time to talk about what they are trying to do, why they picked the routine that they did, and how it's progressing.
Push/Pull?Leg routine is tried and true and it's the only thing I'm open to.

Indirect work is the best way for biceps to grow, but really the 2h posing in the mirror during work and before bed gives a bicep pump that would turn on nuns
