#6 Zingano is scheduled to fight next week, but otherwise hasn't fought since July 2016.

The rest seem to be fairly active, but what kind of division has its top five fighters all inactive?

I could've sworn I heard something about Pena being pregnant. And Zingano was always an inactive fighter (from 2011-2016 she fought once per year).

Holm was lured to featherweight.
Pena had a baby.
Pennington got injured.
deRandamie got lured to featherweight, and pissed off management by not defending the title (also got injured, if I recall correctly)
Nunes wants to fight Cyborg.

It's due to failure of matchmaking from UFC.

After Tate & Rousey left MMA, UFC went on to build 145 instead of building up new contenders at 135. After Pena decided to have baby & Rocky broke her leg, Nunes had no one to fight at 135.

You can disband this divsion. Nunes/Shevchenko 2 killed anything postive about Nunes and this division, first pull out, then exremly boring fight, ridicoulus behavior of Shevchenko after fight (during fight also). They don't even try with 125 lbs division,and 145 lbs division is desert. 115 lbs division is last stand of wmma in UFC, few significant fighters are around 30 there and also will leave sport sooner or later.Imo, they should keep 3 divisions, only top 10 fighters, rest can enjoy their time in Invicta.
