Ocean's 11-13 have to be my favorites. And in terms of other good ones:

American Hustle - Christian Bale, Amy Adams, Bradley Cooper, J-Law, Jeremy Renner, De Niro and even Louis CK.
Gangs of NY - it was great seeing Liam Neesen, John C. Reily, Di Caprio, Daniel Day Lewis and Brendan Gleeson together.
The Departed was pretty solid with Alec Baldwin, Di Caprio, Wahlberg, and Matt Damon.
Good Will Hunting - Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, Robin Williams, Casey Affleck, Stellan Skarsgard.
Magnolia, with William H. Macy, Tom Cruise, John C. Reily, Phillip Seymour Hoffman and Julianne Moore. Pretty solid cast.
