There was a KO I had been looking for with little luck finding it. I just stumbled across it today. I had seen it highlighted on some ESPN segment but couldn't never remember the guy.
It was Virchis KOing Vidoz:

I really don't remember him. The bald guy was doing his thing defensively (albeit awkwardly) but forgot to counter after making him miss three times in a row. Virchis saw that he was just defending by rolling under his punches with nothing coming back at him. He anticipated the next roll, timed it and caught him clean mid-level change. The right hand didn't look powerful but he never saw it coming. Bang and goodnight.

PS. I see he fought Chagaev back in 2006 for the WBA & WBO Intercontinental titles. This was a few fights before Chagaev beat Ruiz and Valuev.
