Volkan vs Glover - what happened to that?

I remember that fight was slated for UFC 224. And now Volkan is fighting Shogun at UFC Chile?

I can't find any sources as to why the original fight was scraped? Any injuries, or just like that?

UFC Chile needed some marquee fights. Plus gives volkan an easier fight compared to fighting glover after being finished by DC. UFC obviously had RDA/Colby in their back pocket for 224 so they booked volkan a week later instead
