I haven't been here in ages but saw these videos and brings back memories when you didn't have a huge bank roll playing the $40 low roller buy in no limt and the low rollers always had some characters, dudes getting mad over 40 to 60 bucks, I also looked up the Bicycle club in Bell Gardens it as ghetto before, they made it look nice now and renovated it, these two casinos always had the celebs playing poker every week, I remember Jennifer Tilly, lou diamond philips, hank aziria and Ben Affleck back in the early 2000s.

I miss those days I was just in college and in my 20s and my friends and I would go down there to gamble had some fun times.

The put a hotel now with the bicycle club and renovated it really nice but the area is a shit hole its 90 percent Mexican gangbangers and illegals.

I think over half of these weirdos have crossed paths with DeNiro's hammer at some point.

Had some dude go there and someone stole his freaking tailgate off his truck.

Nice looks just like Las vegas, Freemont Las vegas

pretty much scum of the earth at those limits

I think I've driven by there a few times. Right off the 5, right? I like Morongo. Pechanga is ok too.

We used to have a casino across from Mandalay Bay called the Klondike and they had 10 cent roulette. It was basically all homeless people. It was bad but fun. Used to go because they had $1 beers and 50 cent chicken fingers

Most of the casinos I've ever been to have some sort of rif raf about.

Hmmm classy <{pranko}>

There is nothing worse than playing poker at a $1-$2 no limit table.

People holding $100 like it's the hope diamond.

Morongo is too overcrowded for me, its filled with like 70 percent Mexican farm workers and they bring their little kids there even up till 1 am in the morning, they need to crack down on that, some of them like to harass you for coins, I dont get why they allow that. I think because they let 18 year olds gamble, it was like that at chumash for a while, when they used to allow 18 year olds the place was packed, now its not as crowded but the same crowds Mexicans who work on the farms near Ventura County, Asians, and old white people.

I used to work for one of the gaming casinos when I was in my early 20s for 3 years as a demographic field agent, I worked in marketing, we used to do surveys and do a census, asking what race and ethnicity and age, and income etc.

The majority of the people who gambled were Mexican/Latinos, followed by Asians (Chinese, Korean, Filipino, etc.) and then old elderly white people.

The group with the least gamblers were blacks, and when they did gamble it was mainly the tables like craps, roulette, the blacks that did gamble on slots were mostly older females

Another thing never go to the casino at the first of the month, its crowded with welfare recipients, SS, disability recipients etc, people get their government money on the first and they go straight to the casinos those days were always jam packed, they go there to gamble it all.

I just play in the poker room. Didn't notice the old people Mexican thing. It seemed pretty diverse when I went last year. Good to know about the first of the month. That's quite sad.

I play at hawaiian gardens and its pretty tame compared to this. I've seen a guy get punched but that was it. The arguments aren't usually that bad. I remember a few years ago I parked my car in their huge lot and there was a smashed up cash drawer in the bushes. Somebody robbed a business and broke open the drawer in the casino parking lot. I called the cops and pointed it out and it was still there like a week later. Thats some good investigation work.
