So I bought some custom gloves from uma years ago. I am stilll super satisfied them.
Last Week I ordered a R9 on the 25th and wanted to cancel the order because it was kinda an impulse buy I had no money for..., yeah my bad I admit. BUT they answered me 4 days later (29th) that the parcel had been shipped on the day I ordered.
Yet the tracking clearly shows that parcel had been shipped on the 29th and not before. I feel cheated, I could have bought the headgear and many gloves later on with recommending the brand to my fellow gym mates / community.
I don't think that is is smart as a company selling nice products to act in that way.
Well I will use the headgear once it arrvies but with a very bitter taste.
