Dude there are a lot of good fighters and gyms out of Southern Cali. And plenty on the roster.

The card is pretty stacked I won't deny that but it would be nice to get some guys reppin young california so the crowd would get a little more lit.

They've held events in SoCal for 11 years now so the need to fill the card with locals and the locals themselves demanding being on the card is diminished, them having UFC events in Anaheim/Los Angeles is old hat now.
