Feel bad for him. He fought really well, but his decision-making was just atrocious.
Yeah, he had the ability to win this fight but just made a couple poor decisions. That’s all it takes at the higher levels.

Dc and Anik still on it about that elbow like it won an entire round Steve was way behind

No guarantee he would have won the 5th without the takedown attempts. There was still like 2 minutes left in the round. Steve shouldn't feel bad, he put on a great performance. He'll learn from this and he's only 28. I think he beats most of the division.

Erceg was shooting TDs out of ego. He thought his ground game was better and was trying to prove a point when he didn’t need to. He even said it himself that he usually wins those scrambles.

Jiu Jitsu won that fight for Pantoja because he wasn’t winning on the feet.

Are you... are you retarded?
No? I was saying that they would have given the 5th to Pantoja if he got dropped because Brazil. Someone said it's a split for Erceg. Erceg lost on all 3 judges scorecards.
The criteria is so clear. Pantoja just won the 5th off a minute of lay and pray after having his head split open again for the second time in a fight.

Pantoja is like Aljo without the urgency to take the back these days.

Brazilian Lara Croft.

Gets a title shot as #10 and an interview after losing... Does Erceg have dirt on Dana??

It's actually brilliant matchmaking imo.

The main goal was to finally get behind a Flyweight Champ by giving him a winnable fight in his backyard.

But if Erceg scores an upset, all of a sudden you have an Australian champ, which is a market the UFC also loves and is lacking a champion in.

You guys talking about how a 10 rank get s title shot

Remember Anderson?
One fight in ufc, beat Leben…. Title shot
