My only hope, is that CM Punk makes this fight competitive, survives to the second, and that Gall has to work for his victory. What I don't want, and fear, is that Gall will catch him early with a big shot and finish him pathetically before the 2 minute mark. On one hand, I think Punk is to green to fight a guy like Gall, on the other hand, I think Gall is going to achieve big things in his career.

That said, it would be bad for the sport if Punk wins because it would mean any "joe" with a little bit of athletic talent can come into the UFC and beat a caliber guy. I think Gall is a good talent prospect with a great future ahead, and at most, Punk has 2 fights if he loses or 4 if he wins. He isn't a beast like Brock.
