- A Trump voting passenger - the guy stated he voted for Trump - calls the NYPD to deal with his Lyft driver because the driver would not turn on the radio.

- This passenger also calls the driver the N word .

- Also claims the driver is racist and guilty of racially profiling him.

- What is rather ominous in this case is the passenger telling police he felt fearful and he will defend himself if the the driver does anything to threaten his life. This statement by the passenger sounds like setting the stage to use deadlyforce and then claim he felt threatened.

- Also the passenger said he came out of a gay club and the driver is racist against Gay people.....
