Cannon set hearings on key motions including selective prosecution, unlawful of appointment of Special Counsel, and what Jack Smith really hoped to avoid--a hearing on the scope of the prosecution team incl Biden White House.

It was Russian collusion that Trump attempted to overthrow the GA election results and is on tap asking to find enough votes to win him the state? It was Russian collusion that caused Trump to instigate his followers to storm the Capital on January 6th?

Yep. That case is dust. Also, the Georgia case is totally shot to pieces. This thread should have an edit count of indictments that have zero chance before the election or at all. I think the thread title should be down to 34 counts... which is New York, which dies on appeal.

All the Left Cult's hopes and dreams of using the courts to get Trump blew up in their faces as now he leads in all Battleground States and nationally. This was a seriously bad strategy.

It will be zero soon enough. I think these trials helped the Orange Ogre huge. They didn't just make the guy a Martyr, they stopped him from doing the one thing that hurts him the most, running his mouth. The Gag Order was another plus for him.

ahh yes, a bunch of ninja's snuck their way into the mar a lardo and they planted all the evidence that trump claimed was his rightful property and that he declassified inside of his head, that he even filed lawsuits trying to get back, and when asked by the precious special master that he hand picked which exhibits may not have been his and might have been planted just to put it on the court record, he refused to cooperate and didn't want his precious special master anymore.

the party of law and order sure doesn't seem to want the fraudy orange rapist to be held accountable for his crimes. they sure seem to never care what crimes he may have committed, they just want him to get away with them.

hey what was that "lock her up" chant about way back when? what was that all about and why were they chanting it back when they were reminding us just how severe of a crime it is to mishandle classified documents and molestini cheetolini was out there at his rallies telling us that noboody is above the law?

  1. Trump declassified the documents with his mind.
  2. A standing order authorized him to declassify documents post-presidency.
  3. The FBI planted the evidence.
  4. Trump just wanted souvenirs from his presidency. No big deal. They were keepsakes.
  5. Trump was just working from home. Like millions of hard working Americans do.
  6. The documents were taken by aides by accident. Trump never had any idea!
  7. Trump was just too busy to return them.
