Volk and his team pulled to my gym here in Los Angeles today.

No crazy sparring or anything, just light rolling on the mats and padwork.

He looks pretty locked in. It was an honor to meet him and his team.

When GSP used to come down and train at the gym sometimes, I missed out. So this was dope to finally meet one of the goats!

Sherdog used to be filled with people that had trained, competed or at least have respect for those that do… over the years most of the real ones left and have been replaced by Cheeto fingered trolls.

Renzo’s in Hollywood is legit and I don’t say that about most gyms in LA. You guys have some solid people there. I rolled with a handful of your black belts and have sparred some of your fighters. I have nothing but positive things to say about your gym.
