TJ Dillashaw training with current K1 Champ

Mayweather is the best boxer in history, and Conor landed more on him than Canelo Alvarez. With his mobility and boxing skill, he’d easily outbox guys like RvR.

So Connor wins in the glory ring against rvr with his wide stance?

Does Connor beat masato ,buakaw or andy Souwer in At their best?

Leaving Alpha Male was the best choice TJ ever made. He's definitely been taking the necessary steps to take his game to the next level.

Sherdogs saltiness with Dillashaw is always fun to experience.

And also the saddest example of herd mentality, ever. The guy is a genuinely decent/stand up dude, and doesn't go out partying every night, for what we know, faithful to his wife, most likely gonna be a good father, and just lives a normal, reponsible life, and betters himself in his craft, every single day.

It's like sherdog can't fathom a normal guy being a fighter, and there has to be something really wrong with him behind the closed doors. Plus the Conor sheep that mimick his every action, and words.

<seedat> That's good thinking get all the good quick reflex training you can get before you go down to MM weight class to get your ass kicked & lesson learned about staying in your lane...

Who's a better fighter with Bang Ludwig? lol pretty sure it's only TJ. TAM brings in TAM Japan fighters who are K-1 MAX fighters too. TJ is still a snake who takes sparring too seriously.

Didn't smoke Cruz who Cody tooled. And I think you're forgetting TJ became champ with TAM.
Dwayne Ludwig made him champ, not the bums at the team alpha fail.

I bet he'd be much better off training with Master Thong. Such a snake for leaving Team Alpha Male.

Nobody can teach the art of gambling better than thong.

Actually tj did admit without saying tong is a better coach than ludwig. Just the no English thing

TJ will just get better and better training with these guys, DJ is fucked. New top P4P coming.

lol TJ trying so hard and still gets tooled

And your point? Training with a K1 champ, of course you are likely to be the lesser striker.

Not everyone has the mighty Artem Lobov to spar with...

Tj's striking will only become better.
Not necessarily.

TJ is a MMA fighter. He needs to train his striking with somebody who will try to take him down. I don't believe this type of sparring makes you better for MMA, it only makes you better for that type of sparring. You become a better sparring partner, not necessarily a better MMA fighter.

Look at what just happened Galore Bofando vs LaPrise. Train for your sport.

This is why TJ is ALWAYS improving and doing so at a pretty fast rate even still to this day.

TJ is one of the few true top level fighters that actually looks better every single time we see him. He's been at the top for years now and usually we see fighters reach their full potential already, they already hit their ceiling and such, but with TJ it's like there is no ceiling and he just keeps getting better and better. He did the right thing leaving TAM. He's surrounded himself with the right people to push him to a new level all the time. He shouldn't be hated for leaving TAM.

Fighters switch gyms all the time and that's OK but, TJ does it and apparently he's the devil for it. TJ wasn't wrong when he said Urijah is just pissed about him leaving because it means he's losing money. Since leaving TAM, TJ has been better than ever. He did the right thing by continuing to work with Duane because they just make a great team. They flow perfectly together and that's important in combat sports. Like Tyson with Cus, GSP with Firas, Jones with Greg Jackson, and believe it or not, Conor with Kavanagh and the list goes on.

The video in the OP is exactly why TJ is the best BW in the world. He's always working with THE best in the world. Seriously, who else have we heard of in MMA that got to train with Lomachenko or Terrence Crawford? TJ did great at TAM, but he's brought himself to a different level now by going to Colorado and working with the elite of the elite from other sports, including his own. He did what's best for his career and it paid off in a huge way.

Most of you guys would've did the same thing if it meant taking your career to the next level and providing for your family and such because that's what it's about. I understand the loyalty to your friends/teammates and all that, but what's more important? You do what's best for you and your family, fuck what anybody else thinks. If Urijah, Cody, and all the other pissed off TAM members truly gave a damn about TJ in any way, they'd understand why he did what he did.

It was never about their (TJ and Urijah's) past/friendship/loyalty etc, it was always about Urijah lining his pockets. That's why he was so pissed off about TJ going elsewhere. He would lose money and possibly some recognition for his gym. Having a UFC champ in your gym, especially after the performance against Barao and others he destroyed - this could attract a lot of people to join the gym, which again would mean more money for Urijah. It was all about money and anybody that doesn't get that is blind.

TJ will soon be the GOAT BW.
