Hmm. I'd guess that would be more if you were to pinch the areola/nipple or get it caught in a car door so to speak. There is a rough correlation of areola/nipple size and the overall size of the breast. Girls with ridonculous boobs, double D or bigger, usually have a gigantic areola/nipple like the average size was stretched out by the boob being huge.

Even a small female fist would be at least a couple of times bigger than most areola/nipples. Hitting it flat would hurt more based on a lack of boob fat for cushion. If a girl was flat or very small, you could get the areola/nipple pressed against the bone of the chest behind it.

The above are legitimate assertions.

You ain't gonna tko a male fighter by fouring or uppercutting or hooking his chest, and male fighters don't get super-sore boobs five out of every 30 days.

The pec theory is good, but right now I think the 2nd tit punch broadsided the left tit from the cleavage side and that girl quit immediately. I wonder if she was 2 or 3 days shy of starting, which for some girls would be peak sore-boob day.

Mark my words: by 2026, wmma will have tits rules.
If not, wmma will have tit-attack champions and lots of teeth-gnashing from boob-fair fighters.

Importantly, we just had a wmma fighter fess right up: "yah, we watched tape, and I attacked her tits on purpose, and I won."

There are just so many variables.
Like birth control pills.
If you take them, you don't get sore boobs five out of every 30 days?
The pill is not healthy. If you are a super-healthy athlete, mebbe you don't take the pill?

They do have some good fights, but not often enough.

It's fair to end on a positive note. Paige is a weird porn chick, but one time I saw her grit out some herrig shit that half the men would have tapped to. Reminds me of Volk insisting on surviving an unsurvivable Ortega wrap and then beating on Ortega for trying it. I bet Brian was like, wtf? Those Volk legs in the middle of that wrap. Crazy.

Good fights are interesting. And boobs are interesting. I bet we haven't heard the last of this mess yet.
 
I remember checking the rules for wmma and noticed there was nothing against titty strikes and was surprised that there were not a lot of titty strikes in wmma. It's an easy to hit target and getting your opponent to protect their titties can also be used to set up both head and body shots.
 
I mean...I could see a girl getting top control and throwing serious ground & pound to her opponent's boobs. One, you could get a TKO or tap to strikes. Two, it opens the opponent up to head strikes. I think it would hurt more if the girl had implants. Rather than being all fat to disperse the impact, you'd have fat and saline/silicone. The force would react differently once the strike goes through the fat and hits the foreign material.

I could also see a girl doing a triangle-type body lock on the boobs. If you can hook your legs and squeeze like your life depended on it, I can see an opponent tapping. It would probably hurt more on a girl with noticeable big boobs as there'd be something to catch at an odd angle.

In the fight between Vidal and Montserrat Rendon she did the same thing. Rendon punched Vidal in the chest, Vidal winced and called for a timeout. But in that fight the referee (Kerry Hatley) gave her the timeout.

Now that I think of it, I wonder if there might be some of kind of unspoken agreement about no tittypunching between many WMMA fighters.

I mean, it's obviously going to happen. Getting punched in the chest is part of the sport. But maybe it's considered bad form to specifically target the boobs?
 
I thought it was her heart when I first saw it. Punching someone in the chest can cause trauma to the heart. There's a video on youtube of a martial arts tounament where a guy dies of Commitio Cordis from a punch in the heart. A football player named Damar Hamlin had the same thing from a hit a year or so ago.

Fortunately it was just sensitive tits.

i wonder how that works when we KNOW striking to the head causes dementia and all kinds of brain damage but that's racked up to "part of the sport". what's even more ridiculous is that women's boxing has been happening forever and nobody ever complained about titty punches there.
