I hate Trump but Pompeo is REALLY REALLY anti Russia. You're reaching TS.

We will see what happens with that. If Trump allows Pompeo to guide the US into a hostile foreign policy toward Russia, it would do a tremendous amount of good to undermine arguments that Putin holds the Trump card.

I guess there was a Russian news anchor on the equivalent of Russia's 60 Minutes who reported on Tillerson's comments about Russia clearly being behind the poisoning in the UK, and then reported on Tillerson's firing, and then ended with what translated to "We own Trump."

Maybe it is more propaganda, but they have American divisions down cold, and have us by the short hairs. And globally, it makes them seem very powerful to possibly to have the POTUS in their pocket.
