Cain is known for being one of the least active major fighters ever, not exactly fair to use him as an example of how often modern fighters fight. Also, he would have destroyed Fedor at any point during his ufc career. Fedor never signed with the ufc to avoid guys like Cain.

Cain performed where PED use was not allowed but as we've seen since USADA, PED use was apparently rampant apart from a few guys.

To break it down Fedor fought a bunch of roiders, Cain potentially fought a bunch of non-roiders while also potentially on roids.
